      So glad I chose this as my listening entertainment or showed I say "empowerment" while I drive during work. Instead of the radio I had my phone read in an automated voice, the entire book! Love personal stories which I can relate in ways to and specific examples on switching how you react and think. Just wonderful.

      This book was phenomenal! It really inspired me to move forward POSITIVELY! I found this book on a day where I felt defeated and overwhelmed! I felt like I wasn't at a place I wanted to be in life and I was running around all day like a chicken with its head cut off trying to get my life in order. Basically playing "catch up". As soon I I began to read there was an exercise on writing down your top 5 goals and working on them one at a time! That was a huge relief on how I felt that day! As you continue to read you'll self-evaluate and look at life through new eyes! I would recommend this book to all ages!
