This is the best book I have ever read. I cried so many times I cried of joy for Cole and Oakley, of pity for Oakley and he situation, and of anger for someone to let their child be abused. I loved this book

Amazing book, very emotional and touching. Honestly hit hard, not only does it open your eyes and puts things to a new perspective but you feel as if you're in this story. I couldn't stop reading it although my heart was shattered when I read it. Thank you for this incredible story! I really hope this book becomes a movie.

This book is mind blowing, and definitely one of my favorites. I've been following the series since 2012, and I'm so thrilled that 'Silence' is bigger then ever.

Overall a pretty good book. Seemed like it took forever to get to the climax of the story. Only in the last few pages you finally find out why she stopped talking and it is only vaguely explained. I guess that's the reason for the next book...

Good story, but it contains many grammatical and typo errors.

    • Just OK- story drags on a bit.

      By Lilikin
The book is interesting enough to download after reading the sample, however it drags on. It's obvious the story tells of a very sensitive topic but the author is evidently tip toeing around it way too much. It's literally right at the end of it when things reach a turning point. It's painfully obvious the author was trying to create a cliff hanger of sorts to keep you interested in their series but quite honestly I'm sure the story in it's full length can be told in just one book. I started skipping pages half way through it. The author was trying to hard to be mysterious by not addressing anything at all that it turned into a whole book about nodding yes or no and no real storyline (except for an elusive sensitive subject). Do yourself a favor and just skip this whole book.
