Lots of errors making it hard to use for games. I got a refund for every digital enhanced edition. The ePub version has fewer errors and is laid out better.

Maybe if the book actually downloads I'll be able to give it a better rating, been trying for 3 days and it still won't even start. Luckily iTunes on PC doesn't even bother looking at ibooks anymore so a lot of help that was
  • Really good, but could have been great

Purchased this and the Index: Imperium 1 book and while both books are really good, with piles of rules covering most factions for each respective book, they could have been great. My biggest disappointment is the lack of models depicted for each unit type. Many factions have special unique units but they are no pictures depicting what those units are. The enhanced edition books could have easily included this with pop-up/pan-and-scan/360 display models but they didn't. It's even odd that the directions for use say there is an icon for these, but they never appear in the books. One other issue is the rules for some units lack wargear that they clearly are suppose to have, but it just doesn't say they do. Again, this makes it hard to know for sure without the missing images discussed above. Overall, I give this 4 out of 5 stars. Price and details are great, but a little more editing to ensure accuracy of wargear and images would have pushed this to a solid 5.
