A quick read, but I kept coming accross typo’s. I would expect a proof read before publishing so in my mind that’s a big turn off.
Not enough actual do's and don't's
This book doesn't give specific "eat this" "don't eat that" information. What does a day of perfect Keto look like? How does one achieve the ratio we are striving for? I was looking for a more concrete look at how to live Keto. Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 strips bacon, 1/4 avovcado. Lunch: Chicken salad with avocado mayo or mashed avocado. Dinner: 6 oz steak, 1/2 doz brussel sprouts. A chart that shows which foods have which values. Some specific "don't eat" foods.
I give this book five craps. It is completely a waste of time and money. I am sad mad that Apple would allow this to be sold. I want my money 💰 back!!!
