The recipes are on point, creative and motivate me to make them. I'd consider myself to be an intermediate cook in the kitchen and while I love adventurous recipes, I'm not beyond embracing the simple and quick stuff. Sun-dried tomato carbonara? Ginger coconut lime soup? Oven "fried" rutabaga? Yes, please to it all and then some. You'd be hard pressed to find a better, simpler and creative vegan tome. Get it now.
